Three Out Of Six Ain't Bad

With the assistance of Ben Wood, Nick Poole and Deeside Dragons Juniors coach, Shaun Cullen, and MK Rob (Kearns), we look over a three-games-in-three-days smasher from which the Phoenix snared 3 of the 6 points on offer. We do it right here.

A creditable loss by two goals as the 8th team in the league, minus a main forward, take on the league leaders after playing six periods of hockey already.

Man of the Match for Phoenix was Phil Hamer who, after only rejoining the club very recently, picked up his first pro-hockey goal over in Sheffield on Friday. #SoProud

Remember, it's a home game for us next weekend! Watch press for face off time details.

Will Sheffield Steeldogs send us a co-opted member of the North Wales Rules Committee or will they fail like Bison did? Only time will tell....

Three Points and New Friends

This show continues our recent "thing" of giving you a glimpse of the live match-night show that we have been producing over the season. Phoenix On The Fly may be a live broadcast one day. But Wales has no internet. Have a listen right here.

Guests include Amy and Alex from Hull, Kate Glover (eplupdates), and Tony Hand MBE.

We have another meeting of the North Wales Rules Committee.

There is a nice game of hockey.

There is a weird cabling problem on the media balcony.

There are signed pants.

That is all.

Cats, Rules and Russelling

This week, we give you a cut down version of the full 2h45 coverage of the big clash between Phoenix and Swindon Wildcats. We thought you might want to relive it or, if you didn't make it, you can close your eyes and pretend that you are there! Have a listen right here.

We are joined by Ben Callaghan and Joe Scutts at Deeside and by Peter Bradbury and Anthony Russell at Basingstoke,

The home game post-match is with new signing, Phil Hamer.

We would also like to invite you to listen to our first meeting of the North Wales Rules Committee. It's not Christmas Dubstep but we think you might like it.
